What will the NBA careers of Ochai Agbaji and Christian Braun be like?
On Thursday night, two Jayhawks will discover their NBA fate. Ochai Agbaji is *probably* going lotto, although recent projections from The Athletic’s Sam Vecenie (pass: Dr@ft2022) and John Hollinger are bearish on the MOP.
Christian Braun is +300 to go in the first round, per DraftKings sports book, and [Inglorious Basterds voice] I’d make that deal. David McCormack will definitely be in a training camp and… good for Mack!
What I love about the Draft is how epic of a crapshoot it is. College basketball is an absolutely horrible environment in which to evaluate NBA prospects, and that’s why I love college basketball so much.
So, let’s have it. It’s a discussion thread, baby! Where are Ochai and CB2 in five years? Which player out of the Draft class is your favorite, and who will be the best pro? I know NBA chatter is sometimes a little bit out of bounds for the ST crowd, but we’re talking MAX NBA JAYHAWK HEADCOUNT. A tide that lifts all boats!
