Day Seven: A holy ache.

Not every story ends the way we hoped. But every soul carries the spark of redemption. As long as we’re breathing, reinventing ourselves is possible.

For you. For me. For all of us.

You and me, we’ve both walked through fire. Some of it public, most of it private. We’ve learned how to smile with aching hearts. How to show up for others while secretly wondering who’s showing up for us. We carry wounds that shaped us, defenses that protected us, and questions that still keep us up at night.

And yet, here we are.

Still becoming.

I used to believe healing meant fixing what was broken. Now I know it means making peace with the whole of who we are. Our tenderness. Our ache. Our story. I’ve found that when we stop hiding our pain, it becomes a pathway. A sacred thread connecting us to something deeper, higher, and more true.

Maybe you’ve been searching, like I was. For approval. For purpose. For someone to say, “You matter.” Maybe your journey has taken you far.

But here’s the gift: the ache itself is holy.

It leads us home.

You see my friend, the healing begins when we stop resisting our story and start receiving it.

We don’t need to have it all figured out. We just need to keep walking each other home.

With gentleness. With grace. With truth.

Mantra \ Prayer:

I don’t need to have it all figured out today.
