Day Eleven: Managing the World.
Most of us are tired. Frustrated. Stuck.
And we don’t always know why.
But, if we’re honest, we can trace it back to a familiar loop:
Fix. Judge. Compare.
We try to fix what’s not ours to fix.
We judge what we don’t fully understand.
We compare our path to someone else’s and wonder why we’re behind.
And it feels like we’re doing something useful.
Like we’re staying sharp. Staying in control.
But all we’re really doing is burning out.
Trying to fix everyone else doesn’t bring peace.
It brings pressure.
Judging doesn’t make us wiser.
It just keeps us guarded.
Comparison doesn’t serve us.
It leaves us empty and unsure of what we actually want.
We weren’t made to manage the world.
We were made to navigate life with courage, with clarity, and with love.
So we need to let go. And, let be.
Let go of trying to control outcomes that aren’t ours.
Let go of needing to be right or stay ahead.
Let go of the pressure to measure up to someone else’s pace.
There’s enough space for all of us. Enough time. Enough grace. Enough purpose to go around.
We’re not behind.
We’re not broken.
We don’t owe the world perfection, we owe it presence, integrity, and the work only we can do.
Mantra / Prayer:
Let go, and let be.
