🌠 The new visualizer is here.
We’ve been busy.
After months of planning and hard work from the amazing Stately team, we’re excited to finally release the new Stately Viz.
The original XState visualizer has come a long way since its launch many years ago. The Stately Viz improves it with many new features, including:
- TypeScript support
- Multiple machines
- An advanced layout engine
- Canvas manipulation tools
- Real-time app inspection
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Command palette
- Local storage persistence
- Sharing features
And many more upcoming features, improvements, and bug fixes, of course. Oh, by the way, the Stately Viz is completely free and open-source ⭐️
The new Stately Viz is connected to the Stately Registry (beta), which is a place where developers can collaborate on state machines and statecharts created by other developers, and open those machines in the viz.
In the future, you won’t even need to code these machines. We’re working hard on the Stately Editor, a completely visual no-code environment for creating even the most complex app logic easily.
Please let us know your thoughts, feedback, and feature requests in our Discord community.
We’re also live on Product Hunt.
Happy visualizing!
