Colony Pizza named most 'legendary' eatery in Connecticut. Colony Grill on Myrtle Avenue. Thin crust, hot oil, no substitutions. A national ranking put them at the top of CT's list. Anyone who's waited 45 minutes for a table on a Saturday already knew.

Stamford resident wins $50K from lottery ticket. A Cash Royale ticket sold at a local market hit for $50,000.

Stamford High graduates its largest IB class. Stamford High School produced its biggest graduating class of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme candidates this spring.

Paralympian Ali Truwit to host Stamford swim-a-thon. Ali Truwit, the swimmer who lost her foot in a 2023 shark attack and went on to win Paralympic gold, is organizing a swim-a-thon benefiting a prosthetics nonprofit. Details still forming.
