Christ Apostolic Church Canaan Land Birmingham was removed from the sponsor register — what to do next
Christ Apostolic Church Canaan Land Birmingham was removed from the UK Home Office register of licensed visa sponsors today. You asked to hear about changes at this employer, so here is what it means and what you can do next.
If you are employed there on a sponsored visa, a removal curtails your leave. You will usually have up to 60 days from the date the Home Office writes to you, or the time left on your visa if that is less than 60 days, to find a new licensed sponsor and apply again.
What to do inside that window:
- Find another A-rated sponsor in Birmingham on the Tier 2 Ministers of Religion route and secure a job offer with a new certificate of sponsorship.
- Apply for a new visa before your curtailed leave runs out. Do not wait for the letter to arrive.
- Read the official guidance on what happens when your sponsor loses its licence.
We have built you a head start: a live shortlist of A-rated sponsors in Birmingham on the Tier 2 Ministers of Religion route, updated every day against the register. Start there.
