Reflection #8 Identity Lost and Found
Wooow, the lost identity reflection is inspirational, especially for younger generations with big dreams of how one day they may be somebody-- but the titles will change after we retire. Still, the other titles remains forever as you mentioned: mom, spouse, doctor, girlfriend or best-friend, sister, daughter, granny or even leader. They still hold completely. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy your spring and let the brightness of the flower shine on you. —O
Reflection #10 This Barren Place
Reflection #10… what it means to me, omg!!!! How we react to such situations. How ready am I to accomplish my dreams or continue blaming myself what I lost? As human beings, still surviving, we need to consider how life is dynamic and unexpected, like the period of the COVID virus. One study stated that it takes one to three months to be able to fully accept the negative situation once you are exposed to such scenarios. It caused almost the same panic-thinking as when we chase our dreams. Perseverance and resilience help a lot .Stay blessed – O

Reflection #12 My Intention
I already knew this was your intention and I am grateful for God leading you into my life, Trisha. Your book, “365 Affirmations for Hopeful Living” is in my daily study, meditations, and journaling. It never fails to speak to me! And I praise God for that fact! Much love, —C

Reflection # 12 My Intention
OH lord I like this Reflection #12 “MY INTENTION“. As for me I have changed it into "My Intention as a Christian Woman". As a 37-year-old Christian woman, single and shaped by experiences that have tested my heart, I stand today not as someone broken, but as someone refined. I have known betrayal—deep, personal pain caused by those I trusted—but I have also known healing, hope, and the quiet strength that comes from walking closely with God. My intention is simple yet powerful: to continue shining. I choose to live with integrity and courage, not bitterness. I choose to keep showing up—for my patients as a dedicated smiley dental personnel, for my community, and for the people closest to me who see beyond the surface and recognize the strength God has placed in me not dealing with past experiences imagine you receive a patient who seems to open to discuss what she is holding such as domestic abuse and dental pain oh lalala I just smile in my heart and pray hardly and help to ease the pain. My life is not defined by the wounds of the past, but by the grace that carried me through them. I aim to be a light—not perfect, but real. I want to be someone who reminds others that it’s possible to keep moving forward, to keep giving, to keep loving, even after pain. To the people in my close circle: my intention is not just to survive, but to thrive—to fit meaningfully into our shared spaces with joy, wisdom, and purpose. I carry my story with grace, not shame. And through it all, I remain grounded in faith, believing that God continues to write a beautiful future ahead. Sending my virtual tight hugs my lovely sis and entire family remember you have me here and praying for you and thinking of you .Was happy to see your pretty face via FaceTime and guess what was happy too she knows i love you hahahahah take care and enjoy your summer holidays --O
Reflection # 13. My Body, My Self
My healthy belong to me with disciplined habit now day eating but guess what during our ages we used to eat some in special occasions such as Christmas, Easter or other functions if you ask some of families til now due to poor living in terms of resources can’t even afford good meals for 3 times in day, they rather choose either breakfast for young children food left over at night and porridge not even bread my dear and wait may be at night to get another meal. If you ask me about grocery shopping will say yes I enjoy it because now days i can afford it and after I graduated my first job I took it back to my mom in rural area we bought sacks of Rice, Cooking Oil. Sack of Irish potatoes and some tomatoes oyeee what we did we cooked chips and rice and I ate it for like a week and get satisfied also we bought some eggs and we flied omelet, I took polish here at mom Arlene for the first time. Now I am not really into food but before was big deal love. Blessing, O
