Reflection #4. The Folding

I am learning
to recontextualize my life—

to soften the sharp edges
of old stories,
to see mistakes
not as failures,
but as footsteps
that brought me here.

I begin again,
not by erasing,
but by reframing.

The what-ifs,
the should-haves—
they no longer shape me.

They are folded gently,
not forgotten,
but no longer carried
as weight.

I am seeking peace,
not perfection.

A quiet self-acceptance
that rises
like breath—
steady,
forgiving,
free.
