Early Access: Last Airtable dependency replaced with nodemailer and Fastmail
Hello 👋
I have been slowly removing the many dependencies scottspence.com has on Airtable, this time it was the last one, the contact form.
As an email subscriber you get the chance to see it before it goes live on the site!
It's got a real catchy title: Contact Form Send Email From Site with Fastmail
This was part due to me documenting my way through using the Fastmail API and the various hoops I had to jump through just to save a draft!
That whole section got scrapped 😅
I ended up using an app password with nodemailer instead!
There's still a lot of people asking about the Airtable contact form example, if you're interested in some content like that please let me know and I may do a video detailing it.
Anyways that's it for this one!
