You don't have to be Michael Bay to work here (but it helps)

Hey friends,

You know that feeling when you spend a couple of weeks in the editing suite going slowly mad listening to the sound of your own disembodied voice introducing a craft-along video for which you don't yet have any suitably eye-catching opening footage, and it suddenly hits you that the way you've scripted said introduction is one "...in the world" short of a Jeremy Clarkson voice-over, so obviously you have to build an extremely precarious 360-degree orbiting camera rig out of random materials purloined from around your household so you can introduce a plastic sock machine like it's a goddamn McLaren? You know... that feeling?

Anyway, I made a video about knitting a sock.
