Do you like glitter? I like glitter. I had been planning to make a different video to close out the year but it turns out I am bad at setting realistic deadlines! (You're shocked, I know.) I decided I didn't want to rush that one, and I had several important Halls to Deck, so I pointed my camera at the shiniest things I could find in my vicinity and tried to have a whimsical little time, because I think we all needed a bit of sparkle by the end of the year.

'Twould seem I still fumbled the deadline a teensy smidge; it is no longer the end of one year, and instead the beginning of a new one. And, ooof, 2026 is already fully On Its Bullshit, huh? So if you're once again in need of a breather from the existence of Mondays or from living in Precedented Times, I offer you artfully-lit sequins, and a slightly-out-of-focus chat about a few of thing things I loved last year, and how I plan to create more fun in the year ahead: farewell 2025, welcome 2026

Thanks so much for sticking with me through 2025. As I said in the video, it really means a lot to me that you enjoyed something I made enough to follow me here. I hope, if you were celebrating, that your holidays were safe and joyous and restful, and that the turn of the year feels like an opportunity for optimism.
