Student Project
🎇 This is the type of initiative I would like to see each one of my students take. This guy published in a blog post how he put together this coding project while attending a bootcamp. He explains how he did it, what he used, why he did it.
I brought it today not so much about the specifics of the project, but more so to highlight the approach he used to showcase his work and abilities.
This is an awesome way to improve your resume and impress a potential employer. Have a look and consider enhancing your resume by doing something similar.

🆘 Sometimes I feel ashamed at work that I have to keep relying on people to help me. I have 6 months into my role as a Product Manager. I have learned a lot but there is also a lot that I don't know. And I need to ask for help.
It can be nerve wracking. "Am I asking too much?", "Is this person busy?", "Will they think I'm stupid?". All these questions keep going in my head and it gives me anxiety. I have 25 years of experience and this is still going on in my head.
I'm trying to get rid of it by just asking and not worrying much about what people think. I just need to solve my problem, which is not really "my problem" - It is a problem I'm trying to solve for the company I work for.
This article explores the essential skill of asking for help, illustrating through personal stories and expert advice that reaching out is not a sign of weakness but a stepping stone to becoming a more proficient and insightful developer.
Learn why embracing collaboration and shedding the DIY mentality can accelerate your growth and lead to more successful projects.

💰 I caught up with an old buddy last week. He reminded me that I’m his go-to blackmail target. Guess it pays to have friends who know all your dirty laundry! 😜
