🎄 Going to a Christmas party on a friend's house today. I'm the guy in the corner talking to 2 people I know a lot and staying away from the rest. Any introverts out there?
🧘 This week was crazy at work. Over 20 meetings. Lots of last minute presentations to do on the fly. How did I get through it without loosing my mind? Focusing on the hour ahead. Easier said than done, but it helped. Mindfulness helped too.
