The Aug 27–Sept 2 Round-up

Shining a Light

I love toddler logic, even when it makes no sense (yet makes total sense?). Sometimes they open their mouth and it's the most logical view of the world you've heard in a long time. Walking to daycare my son saw the small twigs and branches on the ground after a windy night and stated matter-of-factly: "Trees make sticks."
Yes, yes they do.
