This Week's Book Club (Will be Virtual)
Hey Smutty Grannies,
We are very very disappointed to send this email but with Covid booming in Wilmington right now we're feeling not so hot about hosting an indoor event where we all eat donuts. We were so hopeful, but Omicron sucks and Covid continues to steal joy. Since we are both in person for work right now it's very important to us that we keep our exposures to a minimum to keep our families and communities safe.
In lieu of an in-person meeting we will host a zoom gathering. We hope to see you at 7pm this Thursday, 1/20, via zoom. Stock up on donuts and something fun to drink and chat about The Donut Trap!
During this zoom we'll also be taking book recommendations for our next few months of reads!

We'll plan to reconvene in person (convene?) on February 24th to discuss The Marvellous Light by Freya Marske!
