Cancellation Policy Update

I’m writing to share a brief update regarding SmartTennis’ policy on sessions cancelled due to adverse weather.
Following a review of our current approach, we will be updating our weather cancellation policy from the upcoming term to ensure greater clarity and consistency for families.
From next (Spring) term onwards:
• If a session is cancelled due to bad weather and cannot be rescheduled or made up within the same term, the session will be credited from the first cancellation.
• Credits will be applied to the following term and are not refundable in cash.
This updated policy aligns with common practice across tennis programmes and allows us to remain fair to families while managing scheduling and administration effectively.
