Hey Guys, just want to thank everyone who signed up to this newsletter. After some thought, I decided that a newsletter wasn't the best way for me to deliver content - so I've decided to shut it down.
No worries though. I'm in the process of transitioning all my free workouts and resources to a new web app:

Go check it out and consider creating a free account. It's still in the early stages, but I've already put up free workouts (and an 8 week beginner program I made for a few guys at the fire dept), exercise demonstration videos, sample meal plans, recipes and more. I'll continue to add all my content there!
