Uganda πΊπ¬ Ruwenzori Natural + Roast Level Survey
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's coffee is a natural process lot from the Rwenzori mountain region of Uganda. After two days rest, I'm tasting black tea, brown sugar, and plum. There are some fruitier notes in the aroma, and at the right temperature I'm catching some of it in the cup, but it's not a berry bomb by any stretch.
I've rec'd the Rwenzori's funky 1974 Handsome Boy track a few times (for good reason), but hadn't heard this one before... Mikayiri.
Next week is a fifth Friday, which means Michael and I have the week off here at Sideyard. Next deliveries and pickups will be April 5. Until then, I have a one-click, one-question survey for you all (subscribers, non-subscribers, and the Sideyard curious). TIA!
