Tanzania 🇹🇿 Peaberry
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s roast is a Tanzania Peaberry. The main ideas here are dark chocolate, currant, and plum. There’s a hint of something flowery like chamomile at the end too. My father in law is a big fan of this one (rightly so) (Hi Lee!) so I roasted an extra batch this week to bring to family Thanksgiving next week. If you’re half as keen on these tasting notes as Lee is, we have a couple spares in stock.
