Sideyard Notes: Tanzania 🇹🇿 Natural ✨

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week's coffee is a Tanzania natural. Star fruit is a very very specific tasting note, but I think it does a great job of describing what's happening in this cup. Once you taste it, there's really no way out of using it to describe what's happening in the middle parts of this profile. Add to that black tea (and tannins), honey, and raspberry (once it cools), to round out the profile.
