Sideyard Notes: Papuan New Guinea 🇵🇬 Peaberry + Irving Craft Fair Today!
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's roast is a Papua New Guinea Peaberry. Fun fact about Papua New Guinea–out of the nine million people in PNG, around 2.5 million are involved in coffee (30%!!). Also, take a quick look at those tiny pea-shaped beans! I'm tasting dark chocolate, brown sugar, and deeper toned fruits like blackberry or plum.
We'll be selling brewed and bagged coffee (Papua New Guinea and the last of the Kenya from a few weeks back) at the Irving School Craft Fair today (Saturday, December 9) from 9am-12pm. Stop by and say hey!Â
Cheers,
Ryan
