Sideyard Notes: Nicaragua 🇳🇮 La Bastilla Washed + Extras in stock
Hello Sideyard Friends,
Happy Friday the 13th. The only unlucky thing about today’s coffee is that it got delivered in the rain (again). The coffee itself, though, nothing spooky about it—quite the opposite! It’s a clean tasting washed process coffee. Look for notes of chocolate, almond, vanilla, and peach.Â
Nicaragua is one of the biggest smallest coffee producing countries; in 2019 they were the 12th largest producing country in the world, despite having a population of just 7 million.
The origin track recommendation for the week is Los Conquistadores by the Afro Latin Jazz/Psych guitarist Alfonso Lovo.
Extras in stock on the site.Â
Cheers,
Ryan
