Sideyard Notes: Mexico Chiapas 🇲🇽
Hello Sideyard Friends,
Michael recently finished a chilly zig-zagging loop of south Oak Park on his trusty mint green cargo bike! Please rescue those beans from your mailboxes and porches when you can. 🥶Â
This week's roast is a washed process coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. It's a big, round tasting coffee with notes of milk chocolate, cola, caramel, and citrus. Â
The origin track for the week is Fiesta Forever by the contemporary electronic duo Pachanga Boys. Their self proclaimed genre is "hippie dance":) but this track is less dancey and more goofball/earworm-y.
Extras available for pickup: we have a few spares from this week as well as a few yet from last week's Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. Either way you can't go wrong.Â
Cheers,
Ryan
