Hello Sideyard Friends,

Michael recently finished a chilly zig-zagging loop of south Oak Park on his trusty mint green cargo bike! Please rescue those beans from your mailboxes and porches when you can. 🥶 

This week's roast is a washed process coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. It's a big, round tasting coffee with notes of milk chocolate, cola, caramel, and citrus.  

The origin track for the week is Fiesta Forever by the contemporary electronic duo Pachanga Boys. Their self proclaimed genre is "hippie dance":) but this track is less dancey and more goofball/earworm-y.

Extras available for pickup: we have a few spares from this week as well as a few yet from last week's Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. Either way you can't go wrong.
