Sideyard Notes: Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Yirgacheffe Dry Process + extras

Hello Sideyard Friends,

We're starting the new year with one of my go to favorites–a dry process Ethiopia. It's a lighter bodied medium roast with notes of tropical fruit, blackberry, and a winey undertone. The grounds smell almost as good as it tastes. 

The origin track recommendation is the laid-back title track from Hailu Mergia's classic 1973 Wede Harer Guzo.
