Sideyard Notes: Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Dry Process Macuba
Hello Sideyard Friends,
Hello from the road and sorry for the delayed notes! This week’s coffee, as you’ve already gathered, is another one from Ethiopia. As opposed to last week’s washed Yirgacheffe, this one is from the Macuba region and it’s a dry process/natural. It’s been a while since we had a dry process coffee and this one is unmistakably so. It’s a great contrast to last week’s cleaner notes. Fruity, winey, jammy, with a side of chocolate roast notes. It’s been a great alternative to hotel coffee. :)
If you’re craving an origin track, it’s hard to go wrong with any of the Ethiopiques compilations.Â
Cheers,
RyanÂ
