Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week's coffee is a blend of three East African coffees--Tanzania peaberry, Kenya, and Congo. See previous tasting notes for each, but I think the Kenya and Tanzania are coming through nicely. Great acidity,, and getting sweeter and cleaner by the day. I look forward to seeing how it develops.
