Sideyard Notes: Costa Rica Tarrazú 🇨🇷 Honey Process
Hello Sideyard Friends,
We're back! Thanks for enduring our July sabbatical; we hope you found some delicious coffee in Sideyard's stead. The roaster is in tip top shape and this week's coffee is tasting great.
The first coffee up for August is from the famed Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. It was processed at the Beneficio San Diego mill established in 1888! Of the myriad and ambitious tasting notes from the importer, I'm picking up plum, almond, honey, and citrus, alongside some darker roast tones. It's making a delicious Japanse-style iced coffee.* We have a couple extra bags in stock on the site.
The origin track recommendation for the week is Fatal by Hijos.
Cheers,
Ryan
