Sideyard Notes: Congo 🇨🇩 Dry Process
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's coffee is a dry process Congo. Like most coffees, the best time to take note of what you're tasting is neither right when it's poured, nor when it's been sitting in the cup for 30 minutes. Somewhere in-between those two moments is a sweet spot for best tasting temperatures! It's on the rustic end of the spectrum, with earthy dark chocolate, stewed fruits, and a hint of tobacco.Â
The origin track recommendation for the week is Super Duper Rescue Allstars by the international and ephemeral supergroup Congotronics International.Â
Cheers,
Ryan
p.s. We may have missed or mis-delivered a 16oz this week. Let us know if that's you? TIA!Â
