Sideyard Notes: Colombia 🇨🇴 Huila
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's coffee is a washed coffee from the Huila department of Colombia. I'm picking up white grape and pear and maybe a touch of citrus. It's lighter bodied and brighter than our last few weeks of coffee--I'm hoping it settles down just a touch over the next few days.
The origin track for the week is also on the lighter side--Desde Dentro by Buendia.
