Sideyard Notes: Brazil Dry Process 🇧🇷
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's roast comes from a single family farm in Brazil, run by Donã Marta. It's a dry process coffee with notes of winey blackberry, and blueberry, alongside more rustic notes (plum and spiced rum) that separate it from the fruity East African dry process coffees. It has a touch more bittering roast tone than our last few coffees as well.Â
This week's origin track is Culpa by the São Paulo-based indie rock band O Terno.
Cheers,
Ryan
