Sideyard Notes: Blend Week 🇧🇷 🇪🇹 🇰🇪

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week's coffee made it out late yesterday afternoon in what might have been Michael's coldest and slushiest delivery loop ever. Huzzah. It's a blend of recent coffees that clears the slate for a handful of incoming single origin coffees. In the cup, all these three (Ethiopia, Brazil, and Kenya) come together for a solid medium roast with moderate acidity. If anything is winning the day it's the Brazil by a hair. I'm tasting chocolate, caramel, hazelnut.

For the origin track of the week... a reminder that most of the recommendations make it onto a Spotify Playlist you can listen to anytime you're in the mood. 

We're fresh out of extras at the moment but plan to have more in stock next week.
