Sideyard Notes: Blend Week
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's coffee is a blend of four recent origins. It's a bright medium roast. I think the recent Peru and Colombia are coming through strongest, but it's keeping me guessing. It also has a bit of last week's Papua New Guinea, and some of the recent Kenya. This blend wipes the slate clean for some new coffees that landed this week. On tap for June is Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Peru. And one more that hasn't been ordered yet...
Since we haven't had a lot of Kenyan coffees, we'll go with a Kenyan origin track. Here's Keep Change Kairitu by the Gatanga Boys Band.
Next Friday is the first roast of June. As ever, if you'd like to modify, skip a month, or pause your subscription, now is the time. Please log into the site or follow the link in one of the payment reminder emails. Thanks!
Cheers,
Ryan
