Sideyard Notes: Americas Blend Week ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ณ๐ฎ๐จ๐ด๐จ๐ท
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's coffee is a blend of four recent coffees and a tour of the Americas (north/central/south). Here's the recipe: 4 parts Mexico, 3 parts Nicaragua, 1 part Colombia, and 1 part Costa Rica. ;)ย I dropped everything a couple degrees lighter than last week's Mexico, so it's more solidly medium and has a little more acidity pep as well. I'm enjoying it, but haven't made time for loud slurps and slow tasting so I'll leave the finer tasting notes to you all.ย
The origin track for the week is Anรณnima--the first trackย on a newly released jazz collaboration between Mexico-city musiciansย Mabe Fratti and Hector Tosta.
Monthly subscription renewals happen next Wednesday. As ever, please feel free to log in toย the site to pause/resume/adjust your subscription as needed anytime before then.ย
Cheers,
Ryan
