Sideyard Coffee: September 24 - 🇨🇩/🇨🇷/🇪🇹+🥂
Hi Sideyard Friends,
This week we roasted up the remaining green beans from three recent origins and blended it all together (3 parts DRC, 2 parts Costa Rica, 1 part Ethiopia). There's a nice range of roast levels and flavors coming through–from the natural fermentation fruitiness of the Costa Rica and Ethiopia to the caramel and chocolate of the DRC. And here's a musical melange (London/Nairobi) to go with it: Nabed Nade Ei Piny Ka by the Owiny Sigoma Band. Love that bass and synth combo.
