Dear Sideyard Friends,
With touches of cocoa, spices, and fruit, this week's coffee from Benti Nenka, Ethiopia is a fun and complex dry process cup. As it cools, blueberry flavors start to pop and it reminds me of some of the flavor notes that made me fall in love with roasting coffee; I had no idea coffee could have fruit flavors that were this distinct. Whether or not this week's coffee is as revelatory for you as it was for me, I hope you love it all the same.
