Sideyard Coffee: November 27 - Ethiopia 🇪🇹

Dear Sideyard Friends,

This week's coffee is from a collection of extremely small farms in the Hambela Wamena area in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Dry process coffees are often more sensitive to heat and can therefore be a bit tricker to roast. This one was no exception and though it ended up a touch darker than I planned, it's delicious nonetheless! It's a complex and full-bodied cup with plenty of dark dried fruit flavors and mild acidity. I'm having a hard time stopping after two cups. 

This email also serves as your monthly reminder to re-up your subscription. If you are not interested in continuing, please let me know so I can plan my green coffee orders and roasts accordingly. I will otherwise assume continuation and will look for your Venmo or Zelle in the coming week. Here are the totals for November (four deliveries or pickups).

If you're interested in extra bags of coffee for holiday gifts, you can add those to your monthly total or simply let me know at least a week in advance. $12 for each 12oz bag and $15 for each full pound bag.
