Sideyard Coffee: November 14 - Costa Rica 🇨🇷

Dear Sideyard Friends,

This week's subscription beans are from the Finca Rola farm in Costa Rica. It's a modestly bright and balanced medium (City+) roast with a flavor notes that includes simples sweetness and underlying walnut tones. I especially love the dry aroma and think overall it's a fairly representative profile for high quality Costa Rican coffees. If you want to think about differences from week to week–the change in acidity/brightness between this one and last week's Sumatra is a good place to start!
