This week's roast is a washed process coffee from Colombia. It's a solid medium roast and I'm picking up milk chocolate, a nutty caramel note, and cherry.

The origin track for the week is Desde Dentro by Buendia. It's an easy listen, especially compared to last week's experimental electronica.
