Sideyard Coffee: May 14 - Peru π΅πͺ + 3 extras
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week we're drinking a coffee from Peru. It's a solid medium roast in my book. I'm smelling cocoa and brown sugars in the dry grounds, with moderate brightness, sweetness, and a touch of cocoa bitters in the brewed cup. The importer's notes include apricot and apple and while I think I'm catching the apple in my pour over brews, the apricot would be a stretch. Either way, I'm finding this one to be plenty pleasant and more complex than I anticipated for a Peru.
