Sideyard Coffee: March 25 - Costa Rica/Peru 🇨🇷/🇵🇪
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's roast is a 1:1 blend of a honey process Costa Rica and washed process Peru. It's a Full City roast (the darker end of medium) and the Peru seems to be winning the day, as I'm picking up on the almond and darker chocolate notes in that coffee before the milkier chocolate and citrus/orange notes of the Costa Rica.
This was the last delivery/pickup of March, so please let us know if you'd like to start, pause, or adjust your subscription for April! April coffees include Rwanda, Indonesia, and Brazil.
