Sideyard Coffee: July 9 - Sulawesi 🇮🇩
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week we're drinking a coffee from the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. It's a medium bodied medium roasted coffee that's a few ticks lighter than last week's El Salvador. Indonesian coffees can be pretty earthy tasting, but this one is more subtle in that regard. Look as well for hints of chocolate, pepper, and orange.Â
The origin track recommendation is from the Indonesian musician Christianto Ario Wibowo, aka Kurosuke. I'm digging the pop/disco vibe. https://songwhip.com/kurosuke/moscato
We have two extra 12oz/$12Â bags this week as well. Let us know if you'd like one!Â
Cheers,
Ryan
