Sideyard Coffee: July 15 - Rwanda 🇷🇼 Dry Process 🍓🍫
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's roast is a Rwandan coffee, dry processed at the Macuba station in Macuba town of Rwanda's Western Province. It has a bittersweet cocoa start that opens into and compliments the fruity natural processing nicely. Think chocolate-dipped strawberry!
The origin track of the week is Soccer (Summer 1988) by The Good Ones. Loving the harmonies and the click-track-type percussion.
