Sideyard Coffee: January 23 - Ethiopia 🇪🇹🚰
Dear Sideyard Friends,
I shouldn't have chickened out on bike delivery this morning due to the cold. Despite the temps it was a beautiful morning to be out. It's not nearly as fun delivering by car and it takes roughly the same amount of time for my 6 1/2 mile loop through south Oak Park. We'll see how many times I have to learn this lesson...Â
This week's coffee comes from Ethiopia. It's an easy drinking, moderately bright medium roast with some aromatics and a hint of blueberry. Coming up are coffees from Java, Congo, Ethiopia (yes, again), and a coffee processed with an experimental fermentation method from Guatemala. I'm especially looking forward to that last one.
