Sideyard Coffee: January 15 - Ethiopia Natural Guji Shakiso 🇪🇹
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's coffee comes from the remote town of Shakiso in southern Ethiopia. It's a lively, sweet cup of coffee that is a couple ticks brighter than last week's El Salvador. This brightness is likely the first thing you'll notice, but it's followed by notes of grape and citrus. In a few tastings I've picked up on some berry as it cools, but it's far from the first impression. I don't think I've yet been disappointed in a natural/dry processed Ethiopian coffee and this one in particular is fun to drink.
Cheers,
Ryan
