Sideyard Coffee: December 9 - Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Washed + Irving Holiday Craft Fair + Decaf
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's roast is a washed coffee from western Ethiopia. I'm tasting syrupy-sweet stone fruit, browned sugar, and an orange floral note in the aroma. It's roasted a titch lighter than the last handful of coffees we've had but there's still a subtle chocolate roast development note in the mix.
Sideyard will be one of 25 vendors at the Irving Holiday Craft Fair this Saturday 12/10 from 9am-12pm! We'll have brewed coffee (with proceeds going to the PTO), and four different beans on hand--Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Java, and Moka Java decaf.
The origin track comes from "Ethiopian Elvis" himself: Temar Ledje by Alemayehu Eshete.Â
Lastly, 12oz bags of decaf are back in stock!
Cheers,
Ryan
