Sideyard Coffee: Bye Week, Free Coffee ⚾️
Hello Sideyard Friends,
We're on a bye week (in sports parlance) for Sideyard deliveries. However, I have this batch of coffee I roasted a few weeks ago that was quite aggressive tasting (in speciality coffee parlance) when I first roasted it. I'll save you the insider-baseball details on what may have happened with this particular roast but thankfully I didn't toss it all in the bin because I'm drinking a cup of it now and it's mellowed considerably! I'm liking it even. It's a Congolese coffee with some subtle citrus and spice notes.
I think you might like it too so I've bagged up a bunch of 12oz-ers and they're available for pickup on my front porch at 1142 S Harvey Ave in a gray rubbermaid bin. Stop by and grab a bag! I'll leave the bin out through the weekend and if/when they all get picked up I'll send a follow up here to let you know they're all spoken for.
Cheers,
Ryan
