Hello Sideyard Friends,

I'm headed out of town for the weekend, so coffee's a day early this week! It's a blend of three different coffees to help us get caught up on some leftover greens. Roughly equal parts Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea, and Guatemala. It was roasted yesterday and although it's drinkable now, it will mellow out and settle in over the next few days. I'll keep this one short. Happy end of the dog days of summer.
