Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is a washed coffee from Peru. It’s been a while since we’ve had a Peru and I’m not sure why. This one’s great. The top notes are apricot, caramelized brown sugar, and lime.

The origin track for the week is a 1960s garage punk track— Los York’s Cielo.
