Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s coffee comes to us from the Warmikuna Women's Cooperative in Peru. The collective is comprised of 55 women and six model farms that demonstrate profitable sustainability and regenerative practices.

I’m tasting apricot, brown sugar, and lime. The coffee is great but tastes even better knowing that it comes from an all-women’s producer collective!

The origin track recommendation for the week is a cumbia cover of Simon and Garfunkel’s The Sound of Silence by Cholo Berrocal.
