Peru 🇵🇪 Dry Process

Hello Sideyard Friends,

We ran into some rain last night with deliveries and had to reset and finish deliveries this morning! So if you didn’t find coffee on your porch late last night, please check again!

This week’s Peru is the third in a trio of dry process coffees for the month of August. If I’m remembering correctly, it’s the deepest-toned of the three. Beyond that, it’s on the winey/earthy side of things with notes of fig, apricot, and tobacco.

The origin track for the week is Gaviota by Grupo Celestee.
